These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at surgerycare.app (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Surgery Care platform by a surgical practice is governed by a separate written agreement (including a business-associate agreement) between that practice and Surgery Care. Where those agreements conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for platform use.

Who we are

Surgery Care is a health-technology platform that helps surgical practices carry patients from consultation through recovery. We provide software and run the infrastructure beneath it. We are not a healthcare provider, we do not provide medical advice, and nothing on this Site is medical advice.

Using the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
• submit false information, spam, or another person’s details without permission;
• use the Site to infringe others’ rights or violate applicable law.

Demo requests

Submitting the demo-request form does not create any contract or obligation to provide services. It is an invitation for us to follow up. Any engagement with Surgery Care is subject to a separate written agreement.

No medical advice

Content on this Site is for general information about Surgery Care. It is not clinical guidance and must not be used to make medical decisions. Patients should always rely on their own care team.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, design, logos, and “Surgery Care” name and marks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable license to view the Site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without permission.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
